BORR Drilling ASA - Disclosure of reduced Significant Shareholding

Schlumberger Oilfield Holdings Limited ("SOHL”) hereby notify the following:

On 6 June 2020, the shareholding in BORR Drilling Limited ("BORR") attributable to SOHL was diluted below the threshold of 10% upon the completion of the private placement of new shares as announced by BORR on 5 June 2020.

SOHL currently owns 15,131,700 shares representing 9.55% of the total share capital in BORR.
