We refer to the above matter and write to notify you that the Board of Directors of the Company held a meeting today, Thursday 27 April 2023, at 3:30pm via video conference and approved the Company’s financial results for the first quarter of the current financial year 2023 (copy attached).

The Board also approved the appointment of Dr. Hasan Karam in the position of Chief Operations Officer of the Company with effect from 1 May 2023.
