Borgestad ASA: Notice of extraordinary general meeting

Borgestad, 7 November 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 7 November 2023 by Borgestad ASA (the "Company") regarding the placement of a private placement, proposal for share capital reductions and a subsequent offering.

On this background, the board of directors of the Company calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on Tuesday 28 November 2023 at 12:00 (CET). The extraordinary general meeting will be held at the Company's offices at Gunnar Knudsens veg 144, 3712 Skien, Norge.
