Borgestad ASA – Notifiable transaction

27th of December 2023: Kontrari AS, a company controlled by Frode Teigen, has today purchased 55,513,105 shares in Borgestad ASA (the "Company") at a price of NOK 0.26 per share. Kontrari AS is represented in the Company's board of directors by Jan Erik Sivertsen. After the transaction, Kontrari AS will increase its ownership to 380,513,105 shares in the Company, equivalent to an increase from approximately 23.17% to approximately 27.13% of the votes and share capital in the Company. Neither Kontrari AS nor any other companies consolidated with Frode Teigen have any other rights to shares in the Company.
