Det vises til tidligere børsmeldinger vedrørende den foreslåtte garanterte fortrinnsrettsemisjonen ("Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen") i Borgestad ASA ("Selskapet").

Selskapets ekstraordinære generalforsamling har i dag vedtatt Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen. Protokollen fra den ekstraordinære generalforsamlingen er vedlagt.

Vilkårene og betingelsene for Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen vil fremgå av et prospekt som vil bli publisert før tegningsperioden for Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen starter. Tegningsperioden er forventet å starte kl. 09:00 den 22. januar 2019 og avsluttes kl. 16:30 den 5. februar 2019.
