Borders & Southern Petroleum plc (AIM: BOR), the London based independent oil and gas exploration company with appraisal and exploration assets offshore the Falkland Islands, is pleased to advise that the Circular to convene a General Meeting of the Company to approve the Fundraising will be posted to shareholders today. The General Meeting will be held on 21 March 2025 at 10 a.m. at the offices of Wedlake Bell LLP at 71 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4AY.
