Results of AGM

Borders & Southern (AIM: BOR), a London based independent oil and gas exploration company with appraisal and exploration assets offshore the Falkland Islands, announces that at   the Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were passed.

The results of the proxy voting were:

3. Re-appoint BDO LLP as auditor and authorise the Directors to determine the remuneration of BDO LLP as the auditor of the Company	99.88%
4.Re-elect Sean Guest as a Director	99.88%
5. Authority to allot relevant securities	99.60%
6. Disapplication of shareholder's pre-emption rights	99.36%
