New number of shares and votes in Boozt AB (publ)

During July a total of 735,359 new shares were issued as a result of the conversion of 735,359 series C shares for delivery of shares to participants in the 2020/2023 performance-based share programme resolved at the shareholder's meeting on 1 July 2020.

As of 31 July 2023, the last trading day of the month, the number of shares in Boozt AB amounts to 68,289,488 shares, of which 66,544,621 are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 1,744,867 are series C shares with one-tenth of a vote per share. The number of votes in the company amounts to 66,719,107.7 votes.
