Investor and Analyst Site Visit

Henry Boot PLC, a company engaged in land promotion, property investment and development, and construction, announces that it is today hosting an Investor and Analyst Site Visit event which will include a tour of St Helena Campus, Chesterfield for the University of Derby, Markham Vale, a 200-acre employment park being developed in partnership with Derbyshire County Council and The Residence, part of the 27-acre former Terry's Chocolate Factory at York converted into 165 residential properties.

The event will be hosted by the Chief Executive Officer, John Sutcliffe and the Group Finance Director, Darren Littlewood, alongside divisional Managing Directors of the Group.

No new material information or update on trading will be provided.

The Company will announce its half-year results covering the period 1 January to 30 June 2017 on 25 August 2017.
