Notice of AGM Trading Update

Henry Boot PLC, one of the UK's leading and long-standing property investment and development, land promotion and construction companies, will be announcing a trading update ahead of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 20 May 2021.

The Group will also be releasing a presentation on the 2020 annual results today at 9:00am from its Chief Executive Officer, Tim Roberts. This update would usually be delivered at the Group's AGM, however due to the UK government's restrictions on social gatherings, shareholders have been advised not to attend in person as the number of permitted attendees is likely to be restricted.
