Henry Boot PLC (BOOT.L) announces that on 23 June 2021, the Company granted nil-cost options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") pursuant to the Henry Boot PLC Long Term Incentive Plan 2015 ("LTIP") to the Company's Executive Directors and PDMRs, as set out below.

The LTIP options have been granted in line with the Directors' Remuneration Policy, approved at the 2021 Annual General Meeting, and are expected to vest in April 2024 with a two-year holding period. As disclosed in the Annual Report, the awards are subject to the satisfaction of performance criteria based on the Company's Total Shareholder Return, ROCE and EPS growth, measured over a three-year period ending on 31 December 2023.
The notification below is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
