Appointment and resignation of company secretary

22 October 2021: Boom Logistics Limited (ASX:BOL), today announced that Mr Malcolm Ross will step down as General Counsel and Company Secretary, effective 29 October 2021, following his acceptance of a role into another industry.

Mr Andrew Bendall will hold the interim position of Company Secretary in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer, prior to the commencement of a permanent appointment, and Mr Ross has been working with the Board to achieve a smooth transition.

The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Reuben David who will commence as General Counsel and Company Secretary effective 10 January 2022. Mr David joins Boom Logistics from Orica Limited where he most recently served as Acting General Counsel and Company Secretary for Orica’s West Australian Joint Ventures. Previously, Mr David served as Senior Legal Counsel at Bluescope Steel Limited, and before that he worked as a commercial lawyer with Minter Ellison and K&L Gates. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree from the University of Melbourne.
