Boom Logistics Limited Announcement

Dr Huw Davies has advised Boom Logistics Limited (“Boom”) of his decision not to stand for re-election at this year’s Annual General Meeting. Consequently, Dr Davies will retire from the Board of Directors of Boom at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 23 October 2012.
Dr Davies joined the Board in November 2002 and has been a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee through his tenure as a Director at Boom.
The Chairman, Mr John Robinson stated: “Huw has been a strong contributor to Board deliberations over the years and his broad industrial experience coupled with extensive involvement in the electricity and gas industries has brought valuable insights to the Board. He will be missed both as a Director and a valued colleague.”
Mr Robinson and the Board sincerely thank Dr Davies for his contribution on behalf of the company.
