Debenhams Group (AIM: DEBS), a leading online fashion group, announces that, further to the Company's "Group Turnaround Scheme" announcement that was released at 7:01 a.m. on 27 November 2025 (the "GTS Announcement") by Debenhams, awards under the Group Turnaround Scheme (the "GTS") have now been granted.

Under the GTS Plan, awards have been made to certain Executives and other senior employees of the Company as set out below.

Additional Related Party Transaction

Following the implementation of the GTS, Dan Finley has received c.66.67% of the GTS. The Remuneration Committee has also approved an increased award of c.10% of the GTS to Phil Ellis.

The independent directors being Iain McDonald, John Goold and Tom Handley (who each also sit on the Committee), Tim Morris, Kirsty Britz, Mahmud Kamani and Carol Kane (the "Independent Directors") re-confirm, having consulted with Zeus Capital, Debenhams Group's Nominated Adviser, that the terms of the Related Party Awards are fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.
