Boohoo group plc (AIM: BOO), a leading online fashion group, announces that, further to the announcement made on 5 December 2019 entitled "Result of secondary placing of ordinary shares in boohoo group plc", Mahmud Kamani, Executive Chairman and Carol Kane Executive Director, have sold 35,000,000 and 15,000,000 Ordinary shares respectively at a price of 285p per share. The transaction has now completed.

The table below sets out the shareholding of both Mahmud and Carol following the secondary placing.
