boohoo.com (AIM: BOO), a leading online fashion group, announces the following update to disclosure in relation to David Forbes, Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g)(iii) to (viii) of the AIM Rules.  On 31 August 2017, Entu (UK) plc, a company of which David was a director, entered administration.
