Non-Executive Directorate Change

Boohoo, a leading online fashion retailer, announces that after almost 4 years with Boohoo.com, Stephen Morana has advised the Board of his intention to step down as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2017. Stephen currently chairs the Company's Audit Committee and David Forbes, Senior Independent Director and existing member of the Audit Committee will be appointed to this position from 1 July 2017.

The Company is pleased to announce that Iain McDonald is joining the Board as non-executive director with effect from 1 September 2017. Iain is currently non-executive Chairman of MySale Group plc, and a director of The Hut Group Limited and Houseology.com. Upon his appointment Iain will Chair the Remuneration Committee, to allow current Remuneration Committee Chair, David Forbes, to focus on Audit Committee matters. Iain holds 404,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company, representing 0.04 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Preferred creditors were paid in full and unsecured creditors are expected to receive a partial dividend. The liquidation process is ongoing.

There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two Part (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
