Fred. Olsen Ocean Ltd. divests 50% ownership in United Wind Logistics GmbH

Fred. Olsen Ocean Ltd. (“FOO”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bonheur ASA, has today entered into an agreement for the sale of its 50% stake in United Wind Logistics GmbH (“UWL”) to United Heavy Lift GmbH & Co. KG.

UWL has a fleet of three deck carriers and offers services within marine transportation.

The sales price of the stake is EUR 48.5 million. The ownership in UWL was originally acquired in 2019 for EUR 12 million. Including a repayment of shareholder loans, the gross proceeds from the divestment will be approximately EUR 51.2 million, with closing expected on 30 April 2025.
