BONHEUR ASA ANNOUNCES FIXED INCOME INVESTOR MEETINGS

Bonheur ASA (the "Company") has mandated DNB Markets and Pareto Securities as

Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings

commencing on Monday, June 28. A NOK denominated 5-year senior unsecured green

bond issue may follow, subject to, inter alia, market conditions.
