Summons to bondholders' meetings

Bonheur ASA has called for bondholders' meetings for the bond issues "BON03",

"BON05" and "BON06" to present the bondholders with a proposal to amend the

change of control provision of the bond agreements.

The bondholder meetings will be held on Thursday 9 March at 13:00 at the

premises of Nordic Trustee ASA, Haakon VII's gt 1. 0161 Oslo.
