Result of bondholders' meetings

Reference is made to the announcements on 22 February 2017 where Bonheur ASA

(the "Company") summoned bondholders' meetings in the Company's bond issues

"BON03", "BON05" and "BON06" (the "Bond Issues") with a proposal to amend the

change of control provision in the corresponding bond agreements.

The bondholders' meetings were held today. The proposed resolutions were

approved by a qualified majority in each of these bondholder meetings and thus

duly approved.
