BONHEUR ASA - CONTEMPLATING THE ISSUANCE OF SENIOR UNSECURED BONDS

Bonheur ASA is contemplating the issuance of a 5 year NOK denominated floating

rate senior unsecured bond.

DNB Markets has been retained as arranger of the potential bond issue. In

connection with the contemplated bond issue a global investor call is scheduled

for Friday 12 May at 11:30 CET.

As earlier announced, Bonheur ASA will host a presentation of the 1 quarter 2017

results on Friday 12 May 2017 at 09:00 CET. Prospective bond investors are

welcome to attend this presentation at the offices in Fred. Olsens gate 2, Oslo.
