BONHEUR ASA - SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT OF NEW SENIOR UNSECURED BOND ISSUE

Bonheur ASA has successfully completed a new senior unsecured bond issue of NOK

500 million with maturity in May 2022. The bond issue was oversubscribed. The

net proceeds from the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes.

DNB Markets acted as manager in connection with the placement of the new bond

issue.

An application will be made for the bond issue to be listed on Oslo Børs.
