BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ), a leading company in orthobiologics for the management of bone injuries, today announced a change in the number of shares and votes.
During May, the number of shares and votes in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (PUBL) has increased with 5,125 due to the exercise of warrants within the employee stock options program 2012/2022.
As per May 31, 2022, the total number of shares in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ) amounts to 65,507,647 shares, divided into 64,504,781 ordinary shares with one vote per share and 1,002,866 series C-shares with one-tenth of a vote per share, corresponding to a total of 64,605,067.6 votes.
