Bonava AB (publ) publishes prospectus and applies for admission to trading of notes on Nasdaq Stockholm

On 3 March 2025, Bonava AB (publ), reg. no. 556928-0380 ("Bonava" or the "Company"), issued new senior secured floating rate green notes, with ISIN SE0023950910, denominated in SEK in an issue amount of SEK 960,000,000 and a tenor of 3.5 years under a total framework amount of SEK 2,000,000,000 (the "New Notes" and the "Note Issue"). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the New Notes. Bonava has applied for admission to trading of the New Notes on Nasdaq Stockholm's sustainable bond list. The first day of trading in the New Notes is expected to be on or around 27 March 2025.

On account of the application for admission to trading of the New Notes, Bonava has prepared a prospectus. The prospectus has today been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus will be available at the Company's website, https://www.bonava.com/en/investor-relations, and at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website, https://www.fi.se/en/.

Snellman Advokatbyrå AB has acted as legal advisor to the Company in connection with the Note Issue and admission to trading of the New Notes.
