Changes to Bonava's Nomination Committee

Christine Revheim -Hansen, representing Perestroika AS (Fred erik W. Mohn), joins as a new member of Bonava's Nomination Committee as a result of the ownership structure.

In accordance with the instructions of the Nomination Committee, the composition of Bonava's Nomination Committee has changed ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2026. After the change, Bonava's Nomination Committee consists of:

• Peter Hofvenstam (Chair man of the Nomination Committee), appointed by Nordstjernan AB
• Oscar Bergman, appointed by Swedbank Robur Funds
• Olof Nyström, appointed by Fjärde AP Fonden (AP4)
• Christine Revheim -Hansen, appointed by Perestroika AS

Shareholders who would like to submit a proposal to the Nomination Committee regarding the Annual General Meeting 2026 shall do so by e -mail to: bolagsstamma@bonava.com or by letter to:

In order to be processed in a timely manner, proposals should be received by the Nomination Committee no later than 31 December 2025.
