Olle Boback resigns from the Board of Bonava

Olle Boback resigns from the Board of Bonava AB (publ) due to illness. He resigns at his own request and with immediate effect.

Olle Boback has extensive experience with Bonava/NCC spanning over several decades, including roles such as Business Unit President for Bonava Germany until 2019 and Board member since 2023.

– I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Olle Boback for his significant contributions, collaboration, and dedication as a member of the Board. Olle's deep knowledge and many years of experience with our German operations have clearly strengthened our position and development in Germany, says Mats Jönsson, Chairman of the Board at Bonava.

Following the change, Bonava's Board retains decision-making capacity with seven members, and therefore no immediate appointment is necessary.
