Completion of the Acquisition of Fortumo

Boku, a leading global mobile payment and mobile identity company, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 17 June 2020 that it had agreed to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Fortumo Holdings, Inc. ("Fortumo") and its subsidiaries (the "Acquisition") in a transaction valued at a maximum enterprise value of $41 million; it successfully completed the Acquisition, as scheduled, today.
