On September 27, 2018, BOK Financial Corporation (“BOK Financial”) announced that CoBiz Financial Inc. (NASDAQ: COBZ) received shareholder approval to complete the previously announced acquisition of CoBiz Financial Inc. A copy of the press release announcing this transaction is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K.
