Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On August 3, 2018, Boise Cascade Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, as well as an additional dividend of $1.00 per share, to holders of its common stock, payable on September 17, 2018 to stockholders of record on August 31, 2018. The press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
