On April 9, 2013, Boise Cascade Company issued a press release announcing that it had launched an offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 6 3 / 8 % Senior Notes due 2020 for a like aggregate principal amount of 6 3 / 8 % Senior Notes due 2020, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
