Exercise of Options and Sale of Shares

The Company was notified that on 14 June 2016 the following Director and  Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ‘PDMR’, had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the  2013 Co-Investment Plan at an exercise price of £5.63 per share.
