Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) and further to our intimation dated November 30, 2021, we hereby inform that meeting of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Company was held today, 3rd December , 2021, to consider and approve a proposal for raising of funds.

1. Considered and approved the proposal for raising of funds by issuance of equity share or convertible bonds or debentures or any other securities, through modes of rights issue and/or preferential issue. (Quantum of which, shall be discussed in the subsequent Board Meeting).

2. The Board of Directors has subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company, accorded its consent for the increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 1.5 crores to Rs. 11 crores to meet the funding requirements of the Company.
