• To consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited financial result for the quarter ended 30th June 2021.

• To form a "Risk Management Committee" and approve Risk Management policy of the Company.

• To approve Dividend Distribution Policy of the company.

• To decide date of 35[th ] Annual General Meeting and dates of Book Closure for Dividend and AGM for the year ended 31st March 2021;

• and any other business with the permission of the Chairman.

Further, Under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of Boda! Chemicals Limited, Company has informed vide its letter no Sec/21-22/34, dtd.30/06/2021 to all Stock exchanges and to all the "concerned persons/ employees/ insiders" that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed and the trading window will re-open after 48 hours of declaration of financial results for quarter ended 30[th ] June 2021 i.e. w.e.f. 17[th ] August 2021.
