OPERATIONAL DATA FOR THE FIRST QUARTER ENDED 31 MARCH 2016

BOC Aviation Limited (the “ Company ”) announces its operational transactions for the first quarter ended 31 March 2016 and as at 31 March 2016:

Transactions Summary

  • A portfolio of 271 owned and managed aircraft, with an average aircraft age of 3.2 years and an average remaining lease term of 7.3 years for owned aircraft fleet, weighted by net book value

  • Order book of 232** aircraft averaging 40 aircraft a year over the period from 2016 to 2021

  • Took delivery of 13 aircraft (including three acquired by airline customers on delivery)

  • Signed 32 leases

  • Customer base of 62 airlines in 31 countries in the owned and managed portfolios

  • Sold seven aircraft and committed to purchase four aircraft on purchase and leaseback terms

  • Managed fleet steady at 41 aircraft

  • 100% of 2016 deliveries placed with lessees, with more than 50% of 2017 deliveries also placed

  • Aircraft utilisation maintained at 100%
