COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by BMIT Technologies p.l.c ("the Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company announces that pursuant to Law No 1 of 2023 concerning Dubai Holding LLC issued in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on the 8 January 2023, the legal ownership of Dubai Holding LLC ('DH') was transferred from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai to The Government of Dubai. There has been no change in the indirect shareholding held by DH in the Company. DH continues to hold, through a chain of undertakings and ultimately through GO P.L.C (C 22334) 23,774,781 shares having voting rights in the Company, which is equivalent to an indirect shareholding of 11.68%.

As Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the head of the Government of Dubai.
