With reference to the Company announcement issued yesterday, wherein it was stated that:

"The Board of Directors resolved to recommend that the Annual General Meeting approves the payment of a final dividend of €0.02 net of taxation per share.",

it is hereby being clarified that the amount of €0.02 has been rounded to 2 decimal places, and that the actual amount to be paid will equate to €0.02157 net of taxation per share.
