The Board of Directors hereby announces that a circular to Shareholders ("the Circular"), in connection with the resolution to the taken at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 6th August 2019 (the "EGM"), will be available for viewing on the Company's website at https://www.bmit.com.mt/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/31786- BMIT-EGM-CIRCULAR.pdf as of today.

Shareholders on the Company's Share Register at the Central Securities Depository of the Malta Stock Exchange, as at the 5th July 2019, will receive a copy of the Circular together with the notice of the EGM.
