The following is a Company Announcement issued by BMIT Technologies p.l.c. ("the "Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company would like to reassure its shareholders, customers and partners that it is closely following the developments of the COVID-19 outbreak.

In this context, the Company has undertaken a series of initiatives:

• The business continuity plans which the Company has in place for such situations have been put in action, and this resulted in uninterrupted business operations;
• The health, safety and wellbeing of the employees are a top priority and in this regard all employees, with the exception of the onsite 24x7 network operations centre, have been working remotely as from last Thursday 12th March. In view of the IT systems and procedures in place, this transition from in-office to remote work has been completely seamless and transparent to customers;
• Several health and safety measures have been activated at the data centre sites. These include access restrictions, as well as monitoring of visitors through thermal instruments;
• The Company has launched a quick-to-deploy solution to enable customers to activate remote work mechanisms within their business should they need such facilities during this crisis.

The Board of Directors will continue to monitor development closely, and take the appropriate measures to safeguard the business, as well as the wellbeing of customers, employees and partners. Unquote
