The Company announces that it has been informed by Calamatta Cuschieri Investment Services Ltd. that on the 4th April 2019 they have reduced their shareholding in the Company to below the 5% threshold of the total issued share capital of the Company. Calamatta Cuschieri Investment Services Ltd. now have 10,096,346 or 4.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
