The following is a Company Announcement issued by BMIT Technologies p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority.

The Company hereby announces that it was notified on 26th February 2019 that Calamatta Cuschieri Investment Services Limited A/c Clients Nominee holds 10,533,980 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0.10 per share in the Company, for the benefit of its clients. With a total issued share capital of 203,595,310 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0.10 per share, this represents 5.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital having voting rights. The threshold of 5% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital having voting rights was exceeded on the 18 February 2019.
