The Company hereby announces that it was notified on 26th February 2019 that Calamatta Cuschieri Investment Services Limited A/c Clients Nominee holds 10,533,980 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0.10 per share in the Company, for the benefit of its clients. With a total issued share capital of 203,595,310 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0.10 per share, this represents 5.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital having voting rights. The threshold of 5% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital having voting rights was exceeded on the 18 February 2019.
