COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by BMIT Technologies p.l.c. ("the "Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company refers to an article that appeared in the media wherein it was stated that all major Company investments are being re-evaluated. Whilst it is Company policy not to react to media articles, the Company refers to its company announcement issued on the 19 March 2020 following the Covid-19 outbreak, in terms of which it was stated that the board of directors will continue to monitor developments closely and take the appropriate measures to safeguard its business.

The Company reiterates its position that in view of the current situation, the board of directors and management of the Company will continue to re-evaluate all major investments regularly and any final decision to postpone or otherwise reconsider any major investment will be communicated to the market accordingly.
