COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by BMIT Technologies p.l.c ("the Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company announces, that with immediate effect, Ing. Christian Sammut will be relinquishing his post of Director of the Company. Ing Sammut will continue to focus on his role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Company further announces that Mr. Nikhil Patil, holder of British passport number 518174825, residing at 2, Vardens Road, London SW11 1RH, will be appointed as Director of the Company in his stead. Mr. Patil will also assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Mr. Patil, is currently the Chief Executive Officer of GO p.l.c., and had already held the role of director and chairman of the Company until September 2022.

Further to the changes to the composition of the Board, the Company also announces that Mr. Alan Camilleri, holder of Identity Card number 211472M, residing at 10, Zafira, Achille Ferris Street, Zebbug, ZBG 1432, has been appointed as Chief Officer Tower Operations, whilst Mr. Sean Cohen, holder of Identity Card number 126786M, residing at 23, Triq ta l-Ghoqod, Swieqi SWQ 3512, has been appointed as Chief Officer Customer Delivery and Support Services. Both appointments are effective with immediate effect.

Mr. Alan Camilleri, a telecoms professional with years of experience in commercial, digital and operational roles, will be joining the Company from GO plc. In his role as Chief Officer Tower Operations, Mr. Camilleri will be assuming the responsibility for BMIT's recent investment in passive mobile infrastructure. His responsibility will be to lead this new operation and target any new potential markets.

Mr. Sean Cohen, currently a senior manager at BMIT, with years of experience in delivering and managing complex customer IT solutions, will be leading the Company's Enterprise Solutions team, with an increased focus on cloud and managed services as well as the delivery of advanced cybersecurity solutions.

There are no further disclosures required in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
