COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by BMIT Technologies p.l.c. ("the Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company announces that with effect from the 15 July, Ms. Alexia Muscat – Chief Finance Officer will be availing herself of maternity leave. In her absence, the Company will be appointing Mr. Paris Theodoros Karagiannidis holder of identity card number 0140557A currently residing at Soleil Apartments, Flat 4, Triq l-Indipendenza, Gharghur GHR 1662 as Acting Chief Finance Officer with immediate effect.

Mr. Karagiannidis joins the Company from Deloitte Malta on a secondment basis. He is currently a Manager of the Financial Advisory Team. Prior to joining Deloitte he spent a number of years in various finance roles in the pharmaceutical industry and online casinos – gambling companies.

He is an ICAEW Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), certified in Advanced Valuations from New York Stern University (USA), holding an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School, City University of London (UK) & a BSc (Honours) in Business Administration, (Athens, Greece).

There are no other matters concerning Mr. Karagiannidis that require disclosure in terms of the Listing Rules.
