TRADING HALT

The securities of BluGlass Limited (Company) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 3 August 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

BluGlass Limited (ASX: BLG, “Company”) requests the securities of the Company be placed in trading halt with immediate effect on Thursday, 30 July 2015.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, and in support of its request, the Company advises that:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a proposed capital raising / offer for investment in the Company.

2. It requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the time it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the proposed capital raising / offer for investment in the Company, and commencement of normal trading on Monday, 3 August 2015.

3. It is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information at this stage that is relevant to the trading halt.
