Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 23, 2017 , BlueLinx Holdings Inc. (“BlueLinx” or “the Company”) issued a press release announcing the sale of a non-operating facility located in Allentown, Pennsylvania, as well as the sale and lease of operating facilities located in Fort Worth, Texas and Miami, Florida. The Company also provided an update on its real estate optimization efforts and mortgage payment obligations. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
