The following amendment has been made to the announcement released on 21 October 2025 at 7.01am under RNS No. 0811E - the target dividend for the financial year ending 30 June 2025 has been amended to read the year ending 30 June 2026. Fourth Interim Dividend Announcement

Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), the London listed UK income fund focused primarily on acquiring and managing solar energy assets, is pleased to announce the Company's fourth interim dividend for the financial year which ended on 30 June 2025 (the 'Fourth Interim Dividend').

The Fourth Interim Dividend of 2.30 pence per Ordinary Share (September 2024: 2.20 pence per Ordinary Share) will be payable to Shareholders on the register as at 31 October 2025 with an associated ex-dividend date of 30 October 2025 and a payment date on or around 21 November 2025.

The Board is pleased to have declared full year dividends totalling 8.90 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ended 30 June 2025, in line with our target, compared to a full year dividend of 8.80 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ended 30 June 2024.

Furthermore, the Board has set a target dividend for the financial year ending 30 June 2026 of not less than 9.0 pence per Ordinary Share. This is expected to be covered by earnings and to be post debt amortisation.
