('Bluefield Solar' or the 'Company')
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and Connected Persons ("PCA")
Bluefield Solar (LON:BSIF), a sterling income fund that invests in UK-based solar assets, received notification that 78,121 Ordinary Shares in the Company have been sold by Mr James Armstrong, a PDMR of the Company, of which, 78,076 have been acquired his Self-Investment Personal Pension and Individual Savings Account. Following the transaction, Mr Armstrong's beneficial interest in the Company is 194,087 shares, representing 0.05% of the issued capital of the Company. Mr Giovanni Terranova, a PDMR of the Company has also sold 13,507 Ordinary Shares in the Company, of which, 13,500 have been acquired by his Self-Investment Personal Pension. Following the transaction, Mr Terranova's beneficial interest in the Company is 167,956 shares, representing 0.05% of the issued capital of the Company.
