Announcement of Admission of Shares

Bluebird Merchant Ventures Ltd (LSE:BMV), is pleased to announce that today 234,387,445 ordinary shares have today been admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.   These shares include the 150,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value issued to Southern Gold Limited's subsidiary, International Gold Private Ltd, in respect of its stake in the Company's South Korean mining projects. This is earlier than anticipated in our announcement of 20 December 2021

The Company's issued share capital consists of 622,419,467 ordinary shares. This figure above may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) from today  as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
